Meadow & Mend policies

Terms of Use & Purchase Terms

These draft terms describe the intended use of the Meadow & Mend storefront and its downloadable guides.

Draft business policy content: This page is provided for founder and attorney review. It is not legal advice and does not claim legal compliance or guaranteed protection.

Using this storefront

By using the Meadow & Mend storefront or purchasing a guide, you agree to use the site and its materials responsibly and only for lawful, personal purposes. These terms may be updated as the business evolves; the version posted here applies to future use and purchases after it is posted.

Meadow & Mend offers general educational resources about food, everyday comfort, and at-home movement. The materials are not individualized advice and should be read together with the Health & Wellness Disclaimer.

Purchases and access

Prices, product descriptions, and availability are presented on the storefront and may change before checkout. Payments are completed through the platform-hosted checkout linked from each product page; Meadow & Mend does not replace that checkout with a separate payment form.

After a successful purchase, access or delivery instructions are expected through the purchase flow and/or purchase confirmation. Please keep your confirmation and contact the order support contact shown there if you cannot access a purchased file.

Personal-use license

Each download is licensed for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a guide does not transfer ownership of its text, designs, recipes, plans, or other content.

  • Do not copy, share, resell, sublicense, upload, distribute, or make the files available to others.
  • Do not use Meadow & Mend materials to create or sell substantially similar products or services.
  • Respect the rights and safety notes that appear in each individual guide.

Everyday responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether a recipe, ingredient, home-practice idea, or movement plan is appropriate for you and your circumstances. Please use common sense, follow applicable food-safety directions, and seek qualified guidance when your needs call for it.

These draft terms are intended as transparent business-policy content, not as a substitute for a review of your particular situation by a qualified attorney.

Questions about an order? Please use the support contact shown in your purchase confirmation and include the email used at checkout.
