Digital delivery expectations

Meadow & Mend products are digital downloads. Following a successful purchase, buyers should receive access or delivery instructions through the purchase flow and/or purchase confirmation. No physical item is shipped unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

Please save the confirmation message and download your files promptly. If access does not arrive or a link does not work, use the support contact shown in the confirmation rather than placing a duplicate order.

Requesting order help or a refund review

Because downloaded files can be accessed immediately, refunds are not automatic. Meadow & Mend will review good-faith requests, including duplicate purchases, delivery failures that cannot be resolved, or a file that is materially different from its storefront description.

• Contact the order support channel shown in your purchase confirmation as soon as possible.
• Include your name, the email used at checkout, product name, order reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
• Allow Meadow & Mend to first attempt to restore access, replace a broken file, or clarify the purchase before a refund decision is made.

Limits and fair use

Refund requests may be declined when files were successfully delivered and accessed, when the request is based on a change of mind after use, or when there is evidence of copying, sharing, or other misuse of the personal-use license. Any decision should be applied consistently and reviewed with the platform's purchase records.
